What gets deleted
Your profile and personal data (name, email, settings)
Your entire history of meals and scans
Your macros, goals, and weekly statistics
Your favorites list and frequent foods
Any active Pro subscription tied to the account
How to delete from inside the app

Open CalorIA ScanGo to the main screen of the app on your device.

Go to My ProfileTap the profile icon in the bottom bar.

Settings → AccountTap the settings icon in the top-right corner.

Select "Delete account"Confirm your decision. The process is immediate and irreversible.
This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we will not be able to recover any of your data. If you have an active Pro subscription, we recommend cancelling it first from the App Store or Google Play.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, complete this form and we will process your request within 3 to 5 business days.
Request received
We have received your request. We will process the deletion of your account within 3 to 5 business days and confirm by email.
