The short version

New: Protein tracker

Tap your protein on Home and see where it comes from: chicken, beef, pork, fish, eggs, dairy or plant-based sources. Today's view is free; with Pro you also see your sources over the last 7 and 30 days.

Your AI nutritionist (Pro): a short daily tip on the variety of your protein sources, in the personality you picked: Profesional, Chilango or Abuelita.

The Protein tracker: your day, your protein sources over 7 and 30 days (Pro), and your AI nutritionist tip (Pro).

Faster scans

Your results now appear up to 2 seconds sooner.

Name it your way

Tap the pencil next to your meal's name to fix it before saving. Type a different protein (say "pork" instead of chicken) and the ingredients and calories update automatically. Plus 20 new proteins to swap in: thigh, wings, skirt steak, pork chop, cochinita, salmon, tilapia, tuna, beans, lentils and more.

Edit a meal you already logged

Only ate half? Open a meal from today and adjust the portion (½ to 5) with the same selector you use when scanning: calories, macros and grams recalculate instantly. You can rename it too. Tap "Save changes" and it also updates in your cloud backup.

Swipe to delete meals

On Home, swipe a meal left and confirm to remove it. It's also removed from your cloud backup, and it no longer comes back when you reopen the app.
